What the passenger actually gets
- The driver's name and phone number when they are available.
- The vehicle and licence plate, so the passenger knows what to look for.
- A meeting point written for a specific terminal.
- An “I am on my way” or “I am here” button, visible to dispatch with the booking.
- Copy in the language you set for that customer.
Your customer lets you know instead of leaving you guessing
For an airport transfer, you do not have to wait with a sign and guess whether the passenger has left the terminal. One tap tells you they are on the way or already there; on the page, they can also confirm or choose the option you need to know.
- An “I am on my way” button tells dispatch it is time to get the driver ready.
- An “I am here” button replaces a phone call after arrival.
- Customers can confirm or choose what you need to know: flight number, luggage count or a child seat.
- Every response is saved with the relevant booking in the admin.
Wallet
The booking at hand, even when they cannot find the email.
From the link, customers can save a card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It carries the essential booking details, your brand and a link back to the current page.
